Anonymous asked: what kind of pen do you use in your sketchbook?

Various kinds.

Microns, Parallel Pen, Nibs, ball point, tombow brush pen, le Plume and Pilot G-Tec-C4 for the most part.

I have a portable box full of random pens, markers and pencils.

So.. Whose going to SPX?

Im planning on going to SPX soon. Currently making a Zine for promotion, for trade and to introduce myself to people.

Hope to see some of you guys there!

Hey guys, so I did this illustration for a benefit show here in Richmond called MONSTROUS OPTIMISM.
The show has a lot of great illustrators contributing! And I am honored to be on the same wall space with them!
So if your in the Richmond area, come to this show!!
Details:
"Kerry P. Talbott— beloved Richmond artist, teacher, and friend— lost his battle with brain cancer last year. A who’s who list of top talent has assembled to create original images inspired by Kerry’s love of aliens, monsters, robots and super heroes to be sold as gorgeous 11" x 17" prints! All profits from the sale of these prints goes to benefit Kerry’s son and daughter, and will certainly look handsome adorning YOUR wall! Come on and out and support Richmond’s art community helping one of their own!”
