The intent of this project is to understand the process of drawing through sketching, the process of experimentation through mixed media, and the process of design through arrangement of elements. I started this sketchbook in February of 2013 and spent about ten months finishing it. In those ten months, I learned an immense amount about drawing and design.

Anonymous asked: Hi, really great work, how do you create such good glitch effects? Is it manually through a scanner, or do you use a app type thing? Thanks

Through a scanner. the process is very time consuming, involving one to play a video, scanning it and hope that the image actually gets exposed. Then editing the image like you would a photograph. Since the start of my mentorship program, Ive been finding my own voice, learning to be a responsible designer and creating a ton of works. Ive been posting previews every day on instagram, posting a variety of new experiments and sketches on my blog. Finally i’m excited to announce that starting Next Week, I will be, bit by bit, releasing projects I worked on during the Mentorship Program. Some works have been seen, some I never released. Each project has a documented process that I wish to share with my peers and audience. Thank You Guys! (prepare…)
